Burnham & Co. Property Services is a locally owned and operated business serving Marysville and communities throughout Snohomish County.
We started Burnham & Co. with a simple idea: property services shouldn't be complicated. Whether you're clearing out a garage, getting rid of unwanted furniture, cleaning up property debris, or tackling a larger cleanout, we want the process to be straightforward from the first call to the final haul away.
We believe good service comes down to clear communication, fair pricing, respect for your property, and taking pride in a job done right.
OUR DREAM
Burnham & Co. started with an idea that came up more than once: build a small, local property services company that combined practical, hands-on work with the kind of customer experience we felt people should be able to expect.
Eventually, the timing was right to stop talking about it and give it a shot.
What began as a conversation between family became a plan to build something of our own—something that could grow with us, create opportunities for the people involved, and provide a genuinely useful service to our community.
We're not interested in becoming the biggest company around. We want to build a business with a strong local reputation, one that people recommend because we communicate well, work hard, charge fairly, and take pride in what we leave behind.
